Blue Bell Villas just celebrated the Grand Opening of its unprecedented dog park amenity for two-legged residents and their four-legged best friends on November 17.
The beautifully landscaped ½ acre park, which is private and complimentary for residents of the townhome rental community managed by AVE by Korman Communities, features walking paths, a gazebo with benches, charging stations, a large screen TV, a dual water fountain, a tunnel house, and a refrigerator.
There are dedicated areas for small and large breed dogs – the small breed section boasting a jump hurdle and a bridge climb, and the large breed section has a bridge climb, three jump hurdles, a mini hill, and a balance beam. There is a large box filled with toys for dogs of all sizes.
