Blue Bell Villas Opens Ground-Breaking Residential Dog Park
Blue Bell Villas just celebrated the Grand Opening of its unprecedented dog park amenity for two-legged residents and their four-legged best friends on November 17.

Blue Bell Villas just celebrated the Grand Opening of its unprecedented dog park amenity for two-legged residents and their four-legged best friends on November 17.
The beautifully landscaped ½ acre park, which is private and complimentary for residents of the townhome rental community managed by AVE by Korman Communities, features walking paths, a gazebo with benches, charging stations, a large screen TV, a dual water fountain, a tunnel house, and a refrigerator.
There are dedicated areas for small and large breed dogs – the small breed section boasting a jump hurdle and a bridge climb, and the large breed section has a bridge climb, three jump hurdles, a mini hill, and a balance beam. There is a large box filled with toys for dogs of all sizes.
“We recognize that pets are an important part of the family, and we are beyond excited to offer this incredible dog park to our residents, says Brooke Levin, Regional Director.
“Mags and I made it to the dog park – three times in two days. She loved it! She ran around and made some new friends. Now, when we go for a walk, if she sees the fence of the park, off we go!”
The park’s namesake is Pauly, a golden lab who passed in 2004. Pauly was the beloved family pet of Mark Korman, President of Commercial & Development of Korman Communities. A dedication plaque at the entrance greets visitors.
The Grand Opening event featured pupcakes and cupcakes and raised donations for Animal Care and Control Team of Philadelphia (ACCT Philly).
