An Evening of Celebration and Connection
Guests arrived to live music, refreshments, and guided tours of AVE Santa Clara, which features 311 luxury apartment rentals, flexible-stay fully furnished apartments, resort-style amenities, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.
Ashley Cerasaro, SVP of Communications for AVE, welcomed the crowd, saying “California is known for its stunning natural beauty, from the Pacific coastline to majestic mountain ranges, and tonight, we're making it easier than ever for our residents to experience it all. In partnership with Ensemble, AVE is excited to reveal AVEnture Hub, a pioneering residential amenity designed to help our residents embrace the California lifestyle and facilitate connection within the community.”
Ashley also spoke about AVE’s dedication to the evolving Clara District, noting that “the launch of the AVEnture Hub is another great example of the innovative, curated happenings in the Clara District as it continues to grow into the dynamic neighborhood we have all long-envisioned.”
Following Ashley’s remarks, Harbir K. Bhatia, CEO of the Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce, highlighted the importance of partnerships that drive community growth and economic vitality. Bhatia and members of the Chamber presented an official certificate recognizing AVE’s contribution to the region before joining AVE Santa Clara’s General Manager, CJ Bowen, for the ceremonial ribbon cutting.
A Hub for Wellness, AVEnture, and Belonging
Following the ribbon cutting, guests explored the new AVEnture Hub while enjoying lite bites and libations inspired by the great outdoors. Residents mingled, took photos, and began signing the ceremonial ribbon, a keepsake of the celebration.
