Alongside partners RXR, Invent Development Partners, and Halpern Real Estate Ventures, the AVE team gathered with elected officials, community leaders, and friends of the brand to celebrate the milestone and the next exciting chapter of AVE's national story.
AVE Comes to Denver
For AVE, every new community is an opportunity to bring the brand's signature blend of high-touch service, thoughtful design, and curated lifestyle programming to a new corner of the country. Denver is a natural next step – a city defined by community, creativity, and an active, connected way of life that aligns beautifully with what AVE residents have come to love.
Set to open in late 2028, AVE Station House will rise 13 stories above a triangular, transit-adjacent site at 40th and Walnut, just steps from the RTD 38th and Blake rail station. Future residents will enjoy a thoughtfully designed mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, more than 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and over 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including co-working spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, a golf simulator, an outdoor pool, and rooftop spaces designed for both productivity and leisure. Designed by OZ Architecture with interiors by Vida Design, the community will offer the elevated, on-demand lifestyle that defines AVE – now with a distinctly Denver point of view.
A Celebration of Community and What's to Come
Guests gathered at the Lafayette Avenue site for remarks, a ceremonial groundbreaking, and a reception celebrating the partnership that brought the project to life. The morning had the easy, hopeful feel of a true beginning – the kind of milestone where every shovel of dirt represents months of vision and years of resident memories still to come.
