A Grand Welcome: AVE Paradise Valley Hosts Ribbon Cutting Celebration

On Tuesday, March 4, we officially opened the doors of AVE Paradise Valley with a memorable Ribbon Cutting ceremony. The event was a celebration of community, partnership, and the exciting future ahead for our new community in the heart of Paradise Valley.
AVE Paradise Valley is the first residential project to open at the site of the reimagined Paradise Valley Mall, bringing 400 luxury apartments and 36,200 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. With the accessible and desirable on-site retail like Whole Foods, Flower Child, Blanco Reserve Cocina + Catina, Sephora and more, AVE Paradise Valley brings an unparalleled living experience to the area that is nostalgic for so many Phoenix locals.
Our guests were welcomed with lite bites, refreshing beverages, live music, and a photobooth, creating the perfect atmosphere for mingling and connection. From team members and partners to local leaders and media, the turnout was a testament to the incredible support behind this project.
The night began with a performance from Arizona State University Pitchforks, the talented student a Cappella group. After that, Lea Anne Welsh, President and COO of AVE, shared the vision and values that make AVE communities so special.
Valued partners such as Jeff Moloznik, Senior Vice President of Development at RED Development and Linda Ruisinger, Director of Business Development of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce showed their support for the project through their speeches. Their collaboration, and so many others, has been instrumental in bringing AVE Paradise Valley to life.
Adding to the significance of the day, Mayor Mark Stanton delivered a champagne toast, celebrating not only the opening of AVE Paradise Valley but also the growth and vitality of the surrounding community.
Our partners at Phoenix Children’s Hospital joined us for this celebratory evening, setting up a toy donation table in our lobby. Throughout the night, AVE raised a total of $1,025 and collected about 40 toy donations for the hospital.
The energy was high and the cameras were rolling, as beloved media personality Cory McCloskey covered the event live on his “Where’s Cory” Segment on FOX 10 News. His coverage gave viewers across the Valley a firsthand look at our beautiful new property, the opportunity to meet our local team members, and the excitement surrounding the opening.
