Thomas develops relationships with prospective renters to understand their apartment needs and supports them while they find their new home. He maintains relationships with our residents while they are living with us to ensure we deliver a carefree lifestyle.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
A typical workday involves communicating with our prospective renters, presenting our elevated apartment lifestyle, while collaborating with the team to ensure we are delivering on that promise. I devote a lot of time to touring the community, following up with future residents, and signing leases.
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
Almost 3 years.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
What I love the most about our AVE team is our service-orientation. We truly deliver exceptional service, to our residents and each other. Whenever I have a question, someone always has the answer for me.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
My favorite amenity we offer is our coffee lounge. When I get my coffee in the morning, the natural light fills the room, and I get to look out onto the terrace that overlooks the beautiful city!

Q: What is your hometown?
Dunedin, Florida – just about 35 minutes from Tampa.
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
I love running up and down the Riverwalk. It gives me an opportunity to get fresh air, sunlight, and exercise at the same time.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Tampa area and why?
Armature Works is my favorite spot in the area. They have a delicious, wide range of food, seating that overlooks the water, and fun pop-up events.
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I enjoy making music.
My first job was a “bagger” at a grocery store when I was 15 years old.
Christmas is my favorite holiday.
