Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
My day typically starts by checking our social media channels and online reviews, then reviewing any resident communications that need to go out that day. From there, I spend my time creating and scheduling social media posts, writing blog content that highlights our communities, supporting internal communications, and brainstorming new content ideas.
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
I’ve been working in this industry for a year and a half.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
What I love most is the people. I work with a variety of teams and departments across AVE every day, and everyone I work with is supportive, kind, and always willing to help.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
My favorite amenity is the Community Garden at AVE Santa Clara. I love that it brings residents together to grow fresh produce while supporting Move For Hunger and helping people facing food insecurity.
