I love everyone that’s around me–from the AVE team to the residents who live here. Everyone makes it feel like home, and it’s so peaceful.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
The Dog Wash Station at AVE Phoenix Terra is my favorite amenity. It's so helpful when a furry friend needs a quick bath, and having it right in your community makes it convenient for pet owners.
