A Tradition Built by Our Community
Our residents, team members, and local partners join forces each year for toy drives, food drives, and festive gatherings across our markets. It is one of our favorite traditions, and it only works because of the people who show up.

Phoenix, AZ
Phoenix Children's
AVE Phoenix Sky, AVE Phoenix Terra, and AVE Paradise Valley are proud to partner with Phoenix Children’s for their Toy Land Drive. Drop off a new toy at any of our three communities this year and help bring holiday joy to children in the hospital and the caring staff who look after them.
Silicon Valley
Stanford Medicine Children's Hospital
One toy can turn a hospital stay into a holiday memory. AVE Santa Clara is collecting new toys for Stanford Medicine Children’s Hospital. Bring a gift to our Santa Clara community and help give young patients something to smile about this season.
New Jersey
Atlantic Health Goryeb Children’s Hospital
This holiday season, AVE’s New Jersey communities are teaming up with Atlantic Health Goryeb Children’s Hospital to bring extra joy to young patients and their families. Drop off a new toy at AVE Somerset, AVE Florham Park, AVE Union or AVE Clifton and help make the season brighter for children in care.
White Plains, NY
Blythedale Children's Hospital
Join us in spreading cheer. AVE Hamilton Green is the White Plains drop-off spot for Blythedale Children’s Hospital’s holiday toy drive. Bring a new toy, say hello to our team, and be part of something that makes the season brighter for children in care.
Greater Philadelphia, PA
Saint Christopher’s Children’s Hospital
For four years, we’ve proudly partnered with Saint Christopher’s Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia to support children and families during the holidays. Through toy drives and festive activities, our team brings joy, comfort, and celebration to those in care. This year, drop off a toy at AVE Malvern, AVE King of Prussia, AVE Blue Bell, Blue Bell Villas, AVE Navy Yard, or Franklin Residences.
Tampa, FL
Metropolitan Ministries
AVE Tampa Riverwalk is rallying for Metropolitan Ministries. Through this year’s toy drive, residents and neighbors can share holiday cheer with local families. Drop off a new toy at AVE Tampa Riverwalk and be part of the celebration.
Irving/Dallas, TX & Austin, TX
Toys for Tots
Bring a toy, brighten a holiday. AVE Las Colinas and AVE Austin North Lamar are collecting new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots. Drop one off at either community and help bring joy to children in our neighborhoods.

Move for Hunger
When Lea Anne Welsh, COO of Korman Communities and president of AVE, met Move For Hunger founder Adam Lowy, a partnership was born. The nonprofit mobilizes the relocation industry to fight hunger by collecting food during moves. Since 2015, AVE has supported this mission with year-round collections and biannual food drives for Hunger Action Month and Thanksgiving.
