Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
My day typically starts with reviewing emails and monitoring market news to stay ahead of emerging opportunities, followed by our AVE Paradise Valley team huddle. No two days are the same in business development. I might be attending industry events, conducting sales calls, touring corporate clients, or developing new partnership strategies.
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
I have been in the hospitality industry for 5 years, with 18 months in business development.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
My favorite part of being on the AVE team is just that — the TEAM. We call ourselves the AVEngers here in Paradise Valley! Being on a team that is fully dedicated to our goals is a huge part of why I love working at AVE.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
My favorite amenity here at AVE is our Resident Lounge. Having a space for residents to unwind after a long day, interact with neighbors, and where we can also hold amazing resident events is by far my favorite.
