Ruth is responsible for ensuring both furnished and unfurnished apartments are perfect for residents when they move in. She also performs housekeeping services to the furnished apartments every other week, executing our a first-class cleaning and sanitation program.
Q: What is your hometown?
Liberia, Africa
Q: How long have you been a team member at The Franklin Residences?
I have been at The Franklin 13 years. I started in 2009!
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I begin each day by setting a positive attitude. I strive to work as efficiently and collaboratively as possible to complete my assigned board and checklists.
Q: What brings you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
It brings me so much joy when residents request me specifically to clean their furnished apartments. I love building trust and relationships with all of our residents.

Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE/Korman offers?
The Resident Services team! They start my mornings off on such a positive note. As soon as I get to work and see them, they bring a smile to my face and it keeps my spirits high all day.
Q: What is your favorite quote and why?
“By His grace, we are making it in this building!” This is an original quote that I say every day about how I feel so blessed to do what I love.
Q: What is your favorite spot in Center City Philadelphia and why?
Wawa! I teat myself to one Wawa cappuccino per week!
Q: What’s something interesting about you that we might not know?
I like to dress to impress! I design and sew my own clothes and wear my outfits to church.
