Meet Caitlyn Depasquale, Senior Assistant Manager at Blue Bell Villas

Caitlyn oversees key financial and administrative responsibilities, including processing rent payments, submitting vendor invoices, and communicating with residents about their needs. She is dedicated to ensuring that residents Live Better® and recently started training new AVE team members as well.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I begin each day by going through my emails and ensuring all rent payments and vendor invoices are processed smoothly. Throughout the day, I assist with resident calls and walk through the apartments to make sure everything is move-in ready. As residents come into the clubhouse to grab a complimentary cup of coffee, I like to start up conversations— and I especially love when their furry friends come to visit!
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
I have been in this industry for 11 years. Early May will be 9 years at Blue Bell Villas!
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
The sense of family within the team and community is what I love the most.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
Our complimentary coffee bar – anyone who knows me, knows I love coffee!

Q: What is your hometown?
Lansdale, PA
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
I love going to concerts! Music is something I always turn to – whether it’s getting pumped up for the day or time to unwind and relax. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and being able to see my favorite artists live is always a great time.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the suburban Philadelphia area and why?
My family and I love going to Peace Valley Park to walk along the lake and be out in the sunshine. We also love going to Citizens Bank Park to watch the Phillies!
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I have two sons, Brayden (12) and Nolan (9), who keep me very busy!
I love to sing and read.
My favorite place to be is on the beach.
