“We are staying in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully furnished apartment,” says Adriana. “Obviously going from our home to an apartment is already very difficult. However, AVE made it so seamless, especially when you think about the washer and dryer that is right there in the apartment. The fact that our apartment has a full kitchen and is filled with all the accessories I could ever need has been so crucial in maintaining a level of normalcy in our life.”
For Adriana, life continued seamlessly as she transitioned her family and running her business to their luxury furnished apartment rental at AVE. AVE provided her family with everything they needed to keep living, even down to the plates and bowls so her sons could continue to eat their favorite meal – tomato soup and grilled cheese.
With 24/7 business amenities such as AVE’s conference rooms, Adriana was able to host meetings, join virtual team calls, and have a productive workday as usual, all from the comfort of her AVE home.
When she was not busy running her business, Adriana utilized the wellness and leisure amenities at AVE to decompress and spend quality time with her family.
“My family’s favorite community amenity at AVE is definitely the media room,” says Adriana, “My kids and I have had so much fun putting on a movie on a Sunday night but on a wider, bigger screen.”
The fitness center, specifically the yoga room, was the perfect place for Adriana to maintain her wellness routine. “It has been a lovely space to just decompress and take time for myself,” says Adriana.
The flexibility of the furnished apartment lease terms that AVE provides was a huge selling point for the Carrigs. When their short-term stay continued to get extended based on the mold remediation work, the AVE team updated their lease seamlessly.
“The AVE team has been incredible and has made the fact that I’m displaced from my home feel a little bit better, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful,” says Adriana.
