As Sales Coordinator for the Key Strategic Accounts team, Camille is the dedicated point of contact for AVE’s growing portfolio of communities nationwide. She works closely with relocation management companies and corporate housing partners to find their employees and clients the perfect home away from home in our flexible-stay, fully furnished apartments. Camille also works directly with our on-site Resident Services teams to ensure each booking is move-in ready.

As a Maintenance Manager at AVE Somerset, Juan oversees the maintenance team to ensure apartments are move-in ready and maintenance requests are successfully completed in a timely manner. He ensures his team members are fully supported in their roles by reviewing their weekly make readies, providing guidance on repairs, and ensuring they have all the necessary supplies through inventory management.
