As the Director of Sales Operations at
AVE, Carly supports the overall sales process by assisting with operational needs and strategy execution. She oversees SiteMinder and online rate management to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Carly develops sales plans and assists with account management to keep the team aligned and focused. She also leads onboarding and training for new team members to set them up for success.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
There is not a typical workday for me, and I love that! I collaborate with different communities, teams, and partners every day. Some days are full of team calls and trainings, while others are spent creating in Canva and strategizing with the marketing team.

I have been working in this industry for 16 years and all 16 have been with
AVE!
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
What I love most are the people, and I think everyone would agree. I’ve formed so many amazing relationships throughout my career here.

I grew up in the hotel industry, so I appreciate all the services our teams provide. While our luxury amenities are beyond comparison, it’s the high-touch, friendly service delivered by our team members that truly sets us apart!

My hometown is Wayne, NJ.
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
My favorite hobby is tennis. I started playing as an adult, so it was a skill I had to develop. It pushed me out of my comfort zone, and now I enjoy it both socially and to stay active.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Greater Philadelphia area and why?
My favorite spot in the Greater Philadelphia area right now is West Chester. I love the walkability and all the new shops and restaurants.
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
- I went to college at the University of Miami.
- I have two sons, Brooks and Greyson.
