For decades, our teams have designed a monthly calendar of resident events at every property with the goal to cultivate community. We are a people-first organization and our team members feel a great sense of satisfaction using their creativity to bring our residents together.

We know giving back is important to our residents. As a brand, we integrated community and sustainability programs into our day-to-day operations, so our residents are supporting our communities simply by living at AVE. We also offer regular opportunities to get involved through drives, fund-raisers, and events. 

Social Media

All social media channels are managed and maintained by our on-site teams to create an online space for our residents to connect with the team and their community. Social media is the best place for residents to find out about new amenities, resident referral incentives, community events, neighborhood happenings, resident contests, and to read spotlights on their neighbors and local businesses.

Resident Appreciation Week

We started a tradition that has become our favorite week of the year eight years ago – AVE Resident Appreciation Week! Every September, we dedicate a week to thanking our residents for choosing AVE as their home. Every day, our teams organize a fun event, activity, or giveaway from food trucks to themed parties to wellness classes to show our residents how lucky we are to hAVE them.
