Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
A typical day for me involves reviewing our leasing performance and market data, analyzing our pricing and incentives as needed, and working with our leasing team to maximize traffic. I also spend considerable time working and coordinating with our marketing and operations teams to ensure the community is ready for upcoming move-ins, while actively engaging prospect follow-up, reporting, and problem solving to keep the community's performance on track.

I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years.
