As the Housekeeping Supervisors at The Franklin Residences, we collaborate closely together to support our housekeeping team and manage their daily schedules to ensure each apartment is move-in ready. We uphold AVE’s brand cleanliness standards by providing monthly housekeeping services to our furnished residents and keeping our amenity spaces spotless and organized.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
A typical workday includes walking apartments to prepare them for new residents and maintaining clean lobbies and amenity spaces.

Chris: 20 years
Deb: 6 years
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
Chris: The family-like bond we share as a team.
Deb: The growth and support we receive while working in a collaborative team environment.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
Chris: The brand-new resident social lounge at The Franklin Residences.
Deb: Housekeeping services for our furnished residents and the 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness center at The Franklin Residences.

We’re both from Philadelphia!
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
Chris: My favorite hobby is playing with my kids. They bring me so much joy!
Deb: Coloring and making the world more beautiful.
Q: What is your favorite spot in Philadelphia and why?
Chris: My favorite spot in Philly is the Lincoln Financial Field.
Deb: The Philadelphia Art Museum. I love art!
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
Chris: I have two beautiful children, I’m great with numbers, and I’m a Libra.
Deb: I like to color, dance, and read fantasy fiction.
