I contribute to risk reduction by developing standardized procedures and introducing engineering innovations tailored to each community’s specific needs. Additionally, I build and maintain strong relationships with our remediation and insurance partners.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
Since most of my duties involve responding to a variety of situations, each day is different – and I love it! When I’m not addressing community needs, most of my time is spent researching creative ways to mitigate risk across our communities and developing standard operating procedures. Additionally, regular discussions with insurance partners and our external risk management team are a key part of my daily responsibilities.

I’ve been in property management for a year, after spending 8 years in insurance.
