AVE Paradise Valley, the mid-rise community that opened its doors at the start of the year on the former Paradise Valley Mall site, is expanding with a fresh collection of residences and a refreshed amenity lineup. The 400-apartment community has quickly built a loyal following since opening in January, and this next phase brings 52 new terraced homes along with renovated and brand-new spaces designed to give residents even more ways to work, relax, and connect in the heart of PV.

Leading the residential expansion is The Terraces, AVE Paradise Valley's newest apartment collection and among the most spacious floor plans available in the area. Options range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, including two-bedroom-with-den plans, with sizes spanning roughly 700 to nearly 1,900 square feet. Each residence is outfitted with oversized private balconies overlooking the community's lawn, chef-inspired kitchens, in-home washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and built-in Bluetooth sound systems.

The amenity refresh complements the new homes with an eye toward flexibility and connection. AVE President and Korman Communities Chief Operating Officer Lea Anne Welsh shared that the goal behind the transformation is to deliver a carefree lifestyle for residents, with elevated business and leisure space that offers greater flexibility in how they work, connect, and unwind. The expansion reflects AVE's hospitality-inspired approach to apartment living, and its Paradise Valley location keeps residents just steps from neighborhood favorites like Blanco Reserva, Wren House Brewing, Frost Gelato, and Whole Foods.
