FOX 10 Phoenix's Cory McCloskey visited AVE Paradise Valley for a "Where's Cory?" segment celebrating the community's grand opening, and it's easy to see why he called the transformation nothing short of spectacular. Set on the site of the former Paradise Valley Mall, AVE Paradise Valley has reimagined a beloved Valley landmark into a vibrant residential destination, offering 400 luxury apartments at full build-out and giving residents the choice between traditional unfurnished homes and AVE's signature flexible-stay, fully furnished suites.

Cory's tour captured the resort-style spirit that defines life at AVE, from the heated pool and year-round jacuzzi to an elevated pet spa complete with a full-size wash-and-dry station, a dedicated small-animal suite, and a private dog run for four-legged residents to stretch their legs. A thoughtfully designed lobby, package-ready mailroom, and upcoming business space round out a community built around convenience and comfort, while rooftop views of Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain remind residents just how special this pocket of Paradise Valley really is.

Location is just as much a part of the story. The celebration itself reflected the warmth AVE is known for, with live jazz, a made-to-order pasta station, and a donation drive benefiting Phoenix Children's Hospital bringing neighbors and friends together.
