RXR and Korman Communities unveiled fresh renderings for 5 Cottage, the second phase of the AVE Hamilton Green development in White Plains, timed to coincide with the community's leasing launch. The milestone drew coverage from both New York YIMBY and Bronx Times, spotlighting the 26-story tower as it nears completion on the site of the former White Plains Mall.

Together with its sister building, 25 Cottage, the development will bring 477 new rental residences to White Plains. The 12-story 25 Cottage is already more than 85 percent leased, with residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, including penthouses and live-work lofts. The taller 5 Cottage tower, comprising 307 homes, is on track for completion in the third quarter of 2025, with move-ins expected to begin that September and larger apartment layouts, an expanded amenity package, and dedicated penthouse-level amenities among its standout features.
