Fill in your contact info and your referral's details before they tour or contact the leasing office. Referrals must be disclosed first to qualify. - Your referral tours and signs a lease
They'll need to sign a new 12+ month lease on an apartment residence as a first-time AVE resident. - You receive your $250 gift cardOnce your referred resident completes all move-in requirements, we'll issue your gift card. You can refer more than one person — each qualified referral earns a reward.
