That’s why our experienced Asset team partnered with Ecolab five years ago to develop an extensive cleaning program to maintain our communities at the highest level. This program is now being enhanced with additional best practices to reflect the latest in cleaning technologies and recommendations of public health officials.

Installed signage throughout our community communicating expectations of personal responsibility with regard to social distancing, facial coverings, and space capacity. Updates on operational change and openings per public health officials and local government will be sent via email and text through our community communications system. 

Amenity Spaces

Increased frequency on deep-cleaning of high-touch surfaces, installed signage communicating expectations, made touch-free hand sanitizer stations available, and will provide technology to reserve and manage capacity in spaces as public health officials and local government allow us to open.

Furnished Apartments

Consistent training on cleaning measures, housekeeping professionals required to wear facial coverings, foot protection, and gloves, new color-coded, microfiber cloth system to prevent cross-contamination, new laundry protocols, use of chemicals approved by EPA, and focus on high-touch, deep clean areas. 

Professional Training

Developed an extensive cleaning and consistent team member training program in partnership with Ecolab to provide the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of our properties.
