The Rise of Short-Term Rental Demand in Phoenix
The demand for short-term rentals in Phoenix increases year after year. In Maricopa County, the demand for these short-term rentals has increased by 6% in June 2024 from June 2023 and gone up 4.6% in the months of August and September in 2024 over August and September in 2023, according to the Arizona Office of Tourism.
