Energy Efficiency
We believe in being good corporate citizens, which means doing our part to ensure reliable and sustainable energy for all. Our asset and operations teams are developing innovative business models in partnership with brands like ChargePoint, Honeywell, and Lutron to ensure energy efficiency in future developments, as well as actively executing energy-efficiency improvements across our existing portfolio.
Corporate Social Responsibility
As a brand, we have partnered with organizations like Move For Hunger, Habitat for Humanity, and Standard Textile to develop landfill avoidance programs that seamlessly integrate with our daily operations.
Water Conservation
Today, water conservation is a driver in our overall community design strategies for both new projects and renovations. We are committed to being more efficient with our water use while maintaining our first-class hospitality standards. AVE partners with brands like Kohler, WaterSignal, LeakSmart, and Aquarius Spectrum who share our mission and are innovators in water conservation technologies.
