We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team at our Corporate Office in Suburban Philadelphia! This brand-new position will play a key role in finding and building a diverse talent pool of A+ players for a variety of open positions across the brand, including management, sales, guest services, maintenance, and more.

- You’re proactive. You’re always looking for top candidates in all hospitality arenas even when we’re not actively recruiting for those roles. You’ll develop and build talent pools that align with both our current and future business needs.
- You’re a people person. You’ll attend on-campus and local recruitment events to meet and engage with upcoming graduates looking for their first full-time role. You’ll locate colleges and universities with hospitality programs in our markets as well as make connections with technical schools to find promising maintenance candidates.
- You're strategic. You'll partner with our Marketing team to plan and execute recruitment related social media posts to drive brand awareness and increase the volume of candidate applications.
- You have impeccable research skills and enjoy staying up to date on all the latest trends. You’ll seek out innovative and creative sourcing tools and techniques as well as locate new job boards within the hospitality and multi-family industries to advertise our positions.
- You love a puzzle. You’ll match candidates’ skill sets to key roles within our brand in markets across the country.
- You have extremely high-level organization, prioritization and coordination skills. You’ll initiate contact with promising candidates and balance multiple time zones to schedule initial phone screens for the Talent Acquisition team.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are a team player who will enjoy building relationships with the TA team to strategize how to find talent for those hard-to-fill roles.
- You are a problem solver. You approach a challenge with a positive and energetic attitude at all times.
- You are self-driven. You must be motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
- You hold yourself to high standards and exhibit the highest level of professional and presentation standards.
