Cancellation Policy
Reservation payments via credit card are charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservation payments via ACH are charged 5 business days prior to arrival. Stays of 30 days or longer require a signed lease agreement. Individuals must complete a Residency Application within 48 hours of booking, otherwise your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
For stays of 30 days or longer: Cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 7 days of total room and applicable tax charges.
For stays of 29 days or less: Cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 50% of the total room and applicable tax charges.
Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, but will not be charged until 48 hours prior to check-in. There is a 3% processing fee for all payments with the exception of payments received via ACH, cashier’s check, and money order.
Taxes indicated on your reservation are estimates only and may differ from taxes charged.
Group Policy
Group bookings of up to 5 suites can be made in a single reservation. To make a reservation of 6 suites or more please contact a member of our team who will be happy to process your reservation.
