We are currently seeking a Property Manager to lead the team and take ownership of the sales and operations at our flexible-stay property. We specialize in flexible-stay accommodations that offer a unique lifestyle for business travelers, discerning renters by choice, and those who are experiencing life in transition. We offer fully furnished corporate suites and unfurnished apartments with unparalleled amenities package and Resident Services.

The General Manager MUST be a committed, high-energy team member who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere. We are seeking a strong hands-on leader that will hold their team accountable and execute for results. This individual must be passionate about building relationships and driving sales.

The General Manager will be dedicated to the seamless operation of his/her property and team including sales, housekeeping, resident services, maintenance, and administration. This team member is responsible for the following key tasks, but not limited to: sales and marketing; extraordinary custom service and satisfaction; urgent resident follow-up; brand asset presentation; management of vendors and contractors; sales performance including growing existing clients and forging new relationships; walking make-readies and the property daily; financial results including expense control, revenue management, and hitting the bottom-line by strategizing with the COO, VPs, and Directors; retention and renewal programs for rental residences; hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring team members; networking including Chambers of Commerce, travel, and relocation association events; preparation of weekly leasing and traffic reports, as well as monthly financial analysis.
