Leasing Coordinator

The Leasing Coordinator must possess strong organizational capabilities as well keen attention to detail in order to provide high level support to our Leasing Manager and sales team in a fast paced environment.

What is a Leasing Coordinator at AVE?

The Leasing Coordinator must possess strong organizational capabilities as well keen attention to detail in order to provide high level support to our Leasing Manager and sales team in a fast paced environment.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
  • Approach property and business with a professional and positive attitude at all times

  • Provide superior customer service to all existing, future, and past residents along with representatives from all companies

  • Approach daily activities with an energetic attitude and be well organized to function effectively and achieve goals as projected in the business plans

  • Support Leasing Manager and sales team

  • Assist with leasing inquires by phone calls/e-mails in Yardi CRM

  • Move the resident through the application process and ensure all paperwork is in file prior to final review

  • Process credit applications

  • Walk/Inspect apartments prior to tours and lease start dates

  • Prepare welcome gifts for new residents

  • Schedule property tours and assist with tours as needed

  • Conduct the initial communication to qualify leads

  • Communicate move-in details with the operations team

  • Participate in make-ready meetings to ensure accurate and timely communication internally

  • Assist in coordinating on-site events for residents and team

  • Assist with monthly marketing calendars and social media campaigns

  • Assist in resident satisfaction through resident communication and survey follow-up

  • Fill out marketing requests as needed for sales team

  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings for coverage, resident events, and tours

Must be available to work the required full-time schedule of Sunday through Thursday (off Friday and Saturday).
