The Assistant Community Manager, under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and maintaining all aspects of the community.
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Community Manager role will possess management experience in the hospitality, travel, relocation or multifamily industry (however, this is not required). Knowledge of Yardi: Voyager/PAYscan/Portal, Oscar, and Microsoft Office is a plus. This team member must be committed to AVE brand standards, maintaining the property and delivering an unparalleled resident experience. They must be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, and go above and beyond at all times.
