AVE NAMES BONNIE SICORA VICE PRESIDENT OF CLIENT RELATIONS

We are excited to announce the promotion of Bonnie Sicora to Vice President of Client Relations. Bonnie previously served as Senior Director of Client Services.

Bonnie’s new role as Vice President of Client Relations includes managing the brand’s relationships with Corporate Housing Providers, Relocation Management Companies, and Professional Athletic Organizations, as well as providing leadership internally to the Key Strategic Accounts and Guest Services teams to ensure client satisfaction. Bonnie also serves as a resource to AVE’s Business Development Team and oversees the Regional Sales Coordinators.

Bonnie joined AVE in 2007, initially leasing apartments at its first property in the Northeast outside of its home-based Philadelphia market – in Somerset, NJ. A year later, she was promoted to General Manager of a brand new mid-rise community in Union, NJ, where her leadership resulted in a successful lease-up.

In 2011, she and a colleague pioneered Korman Communities’ Key Strategic Accounts team, a department offering relocation management companies, corporate housing providers, and large corporate clients a single-point-of-contact to ensure a flexible and seamless booking and housing experience for their clients.

In 2017, Bonnie earned her CCHP and launched AVE’s Resident Experience Department to focus on enhancing the resident lifestyle for in-house guests. The brand has earned many service excellence awards over the years under her leadership from partners including BGRS, Cartus, Crown World Mobility, and Oakwood Worldwide, all of which were awarded based on survey results. Bonnie is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers with Dress for Success of Northern New Jersey.
