As Leasing Manager at
AVE Las Colinas, Graham is responsible for driving occupancy across our
luxury apartments and building brand awareness for our
flexible-stay, fully furnished apartmentsthrough targeted outreach. He oversees all aspects of the leasing process, including touring, leasing, and closing prospects — while facilitating move-ins and renewals. Graham also stays up to date with market trends, builds relationships with realtors, and implements on-site marketing initiatives.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
A typical workday starts with a team meeting at 9 am, where we communicate our agendas for the day, along with any new items to address. Afterward, I follow up with any pending leads or tours, schedule walks of move-in ready homes, and ensure all pending applications are progressing smoothly. Early in the week, I contact any current or new outreach partners to schedule meetings. Later in the week, I am often touring and preparing the weekend’s move-in packets, keys, and move-in gifts.

I have worked in the multifamily industry since July of 2019.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
What I love most about being part of the AVE team is the commitment AVE places on providing an exceptional experience for both our residents and team members. Having worked with Kingsley throughout my career at other companies, I know how difficult it is to win a
Kingsley Excellence Award, let alone winning first place three years in a row! This recognition is a true testament to the dedication, hard work, and heart of the AVE team.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
My favorite service that we offer is our elevated
resident events. From bingo nights and poolside hangouts to yappy hours with our furry friends and outdoor movie nights, these gatherings bring our community together in a genuine way. I love getting to talk to residents about life beyond their apartment.
Q: What is your hometown?
Born and raised in Euless, Texas.
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
My favorite hobby is working on my new house on Sundays — but only during NFL Sunday commercial breaks and halftime.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Dallas/Las Colinas area and why?
The best spot in the Las Colinas area is Rodeo Goat. They have a patio over the lake, fries to feed the massive fish, and the best burgers in Texas.
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
- I once went hog-hunting from a helicopter.
- I got to stand behind home plate as the Texas Rangers won their first World Series.
- When I was 12 years old, I ranked 17th at the National Yo-Yo competition in Chico, CA.
