“IT IS EXTREMELY REWARDING TO BRING AN IDEA TO LIFE THROUGH DESIGN. I WORK CLOSELY WITH ALL TEAM MEMBERS to create GRAPHICS FOR OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, SIGNS DISPLAYED AT OUR COMMUNITIES, AND MARKETING MATERIALS For OUR SALES TEAM. SEEING THE FINAL PRODUCT IS WHAT BRINGS ME THE GREATEST SATISFACTION IN MY ROLE.”

As Marketing & Communications Manager, Gabby is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales campaigns for all AVE's audiences to support our business goals. This ranges from overseeing the design and CMS of our website, to spearheading the production of marketing creative on all channels, to crafting communications for our residents about community updates.

The ongoing support and teamwork amongst my colleagues. They push me to be the best version of myself.

The first-class service that our teams provide is what I always look forward to when I visit our communities. Our teams make you feel so welcomed whether you’re a resident, prospect, partner, or guest.

Q: What is your hometown?
I was born in a neighborhood outside of Philadelphia called Drexel Hill. I consider Oxford, PA my hometown though since that is where I grew up.

My favorite hobby is experiencing different restaurants in the Philly area! I have a restaurant bucket list and try to eat at a new place a few times a month.

Q: What is your favorite spot in the Philadelphia area and why?
Old City due to its historical roots! I love walking on the cobblestone streets and visiting the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.

I have a Golden Retriever/Irish Setter dog named Diego, I was a ballet dancer for almost 20 years, and I enjoy doing puzzles. I once finished a 2,000-piece puzzle in one weekend with my grandfather.
