MEET DAVID MAGNOTTA, RESIDENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

As a Resident Services Associate at The Franklin Residences, David is responsible for delivering a seamless living experience to all residents. He provides the highest level of service to all residents, prospects, and clients whether they need assistance with their apartment or an amenity space, general questions about the property, or directions and local recommendations.  

Q: What is a typical workday like for you? 

I start my day by preparing for any arrivals and then I do a friendly check-in with our current residents. 

Q: How long have you been working in this industry? 

I have been in this industry for about 15 years.  

Q: What do you love most about being a part of The Franklin Residences team? 

It’s such a collaborative, supportive team. I enjoy working together toward all of our goals.  

Q: What is your favorite amenity or service at The Franklin and why? 

Is it fair to say “Resident Services”? After that, it would be the The Lincoln Balcony. 

Q: What is your hometown? 

Philadelphia  

Q: What is your favorite hobby and why? 

Listening to music and walking. 

Q: What is your favorite spot in Center City Philadelphia and why? 

Old city because it has great parks and so many places to visit, eat, and drink. 

Q: What are 2 or 3 fun facts about you that we might not know? 

I currently have a shiny, bald head, but I previously had long hair. Additionally, I secretly believe I am an entertainer. I can sing, act, and perform comedy. I’ve also once hugged Brandon Graham from the Philadelphia Eagles, after asking for permission, of course.
