Our team members have faced this great adversity as innovators, problem solvers, and service professionals, going above and beyond to take care of our residents, assist with housing needs, and maintain our properties, while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our residents and each other.

Thanks to our Asset Team and their swift action in implementing increased frequency of cleaning service to all high-traffic and high-touch areas, training housekeeping and maintenance teams on the highest levels of sanitation, and closing public amenity spaces and services in line with government recommendations for social-distancing, our communities have operated as seamlessly and safely as possible from the very beginning.

Our dedicated, on-site teams from our General Managers to Guest Services to Housekeeping and Maintenance, have been on site — from a safe distance, to maintain our communities and take care of our residents, so they have a comfortable and safe place to live during this difficult time.

Our Marketing and Sales teams have been collaborating to develop innovative tools and strategies to connect with individuals who need a place to stay or live and deliver a sense of community during this challenging climate. We are now utilizing virtual tours and live chat to support and stay connected. We launched a virtual lifestyle site – AVE Connect – and are providing resident events through Facebook Live to deliver a sense of community while social distancing.
