AVE Downingtown reveals a complete transformation of its amenity space.
The flexible-stay rental property with a combined 244 furnished suites and luxury apartments is owned-and-operated by Korman Communities, headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The transformation, which began in September 2015, was completed in Q4 2015.
AVE Downingtown boasts a brand new 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym and ARKE core centric training equipment and smart cardio consoles, a brand new 24-hour business center with Mac computer bar, and a brand new conference room space that seats eight and a 55” LED SMART Display with Apple TV. AVE also remodeled its Great Room, Café, and leasing offices. These amenities are complimentary for all residents and guests.
AVE Downingtown also updated 67 of its furnished suites and 177 of its unfurnished apartments, some with new furniture packages and other with new fixtures; 59 residences were completed renovated.
