AVE NAMES JAMIE D’ERCOLE VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC OPERATIONS

We are excited to announce the promotion of Jamie D’Ercole to Vice President of Strategic Operations for AVE. Jamie previously served as Senior General Manager of AVE Florham Park.

As Vice President of Strategic Operations, Jamie will focus on collaborating with the AVE Leadership Team and General Managers to develop and execute strategies to achieve the company’s financial goals, as well as maintain its residential properties, and recruit and retain on-site teams to operate at the highest level.

“I’m really looking forward to working closely with all our General Managers and Brand Leadership Team to build strategies to ensure the success of our communities and continued growth of the AVE brand,” Jamie says.

Jamie joined AVE in 2012 as Corporate Sales Manager in Clifton, New Jersey. Due to her success in selling the furnished apartment program and her ideas to enhance property operations, she was promoted to General Manager of AVE Clifton a year later. Her leadership resulted in a top-notch asset program, strong financial results, and seamless operations. When the company decided to break ground on a state-of-the-art, residential community in Florham Park, New Jersey, Jamie was a natural fit to build a team and manage the property through lease-up. To date, AVE Florham Park is one of the most successful lease-ups in company history.

Prior to AVE, Jamie held various sales roles with hospitality brands. She recently earned a certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University.
