This contest is open to all current AVE residents of the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, or those physically residing within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, during the contest time-frame, aged 18 years or older except employees of SHK Management, Inc. d/b/a Korman Communities (“Korman Communities”), their affiliates, and their close relatives. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest, but you must fill out the entry form to be eligible to win. One entry is allowed per resident during the contest time-frame. Korman Communities is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason. Korman Communities has the right to cancel this contest at any time and for any reason prior to September 24, 2024 at midnight EST.
This contest runs from September 10, 2024 at 9 am EST through September 20, 2024 at 5 pm EST. It is being promoted by Korman Communities. The winner will be announced via email communications to all AVE residents and on AVE living’s social media accounts. The promoter will notify the winner via email when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. By filling out the entry form, you agree to have your name and community of residence announced via email communications to all AVE residents and on the community/brand social media pages. The deadline for entry will be September 20, 2024 at 5 pm EST. After this time, no further entries will be accepted.
The Grand Prize winner will be drawn via a random number generator on September 25, 2024 between 10:30 am and noon pm EST. All entrants will be assigned a number in the order they enter. Grand Prize cannot be redeemed for cash/no cash value.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
