AVE joins the thriving Philadelphia Navy Yard campus featuring 150 companies and dynamic retail and hospitality as the first privately developed residential offering. These two unique, mid-rise communities will offer studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments for rent, fully furnished apartments for stays of 30 days or longer, on-demand business, wellness, and resort amenities, space for retailers, and a dedicated, friendly Resident Service team on site 7 days a week. Both communities are designed in partnership between architectural firms, Philadelphia-based DIGSAU, and Moody Nolan, the architect of record, headquartered in Columbus, OH. The design meets LEED® Silver certification from the United States Green Building Council to deliver a sustainable and healthy living experience. An ideal location for live, work, play connectivity, the Philadelphia Navy Yard is home to cell and gene therapy companies such as lovance, Wuxi AppTec, Adaptimmune, along with companies in diverse industries including Urban Outfitters, FS Investments, Jefferson Health, Rite Aid, Axalta, and Tasty Baking. The Philadelphia Navy Yard also offers access to an abundance of open areas featuring 20 acres of green space including five parks and 6 miles of waterfront.
