Guest Services Manager (Evening Shift)

The Guest Services Manager, under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and maintaining all aspects of the community.

What is a Guest Services Manager at AVE?

The Guest Services Manager, under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and maintaining all aspects of the community. It is critical that the Manager takes ownership of the resident experience at the property, going above and beyond to accommodate resident requests, addressing all resident questions and concerns in a timely manner, coordinating with all internal departments to ensure a seamless operation, while simultaneously fulfilling all the necessary administrative responsibilities associated with this role.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Guest Services Manager role will possess customer service and operations/administrative experience in the hospitality, travel, relocation or multifamily industry (however, this is not required). Knowledge of Yardi: Voyager/PAYscan/Portal, YieldStar, Oscar and Microsoft Office is a plus. This team member must be committed to AVE brand standards, maintaining the property and delivering an unparalleled and hassle-free resident experience. This team member must be customer service oriented, organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
