Enjoy health and wellness right at home. Lifelong athlete and fitness instructor Emmy Shea leads weekly boot camp classes on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm outside Building 6 complimentary for AVE Malvern residents.

Shea, who works for LIVE TRAIN EVOLVE in Malvern, specializes in teaching striking, muscular and cardio endurance, core strengthening, explosiveness, and yoga. She holds a purple belt/black gi in Shaolin Kung Fu, a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, blue belt black stripe in Althouse Karate Kickboxing, and Blue Paprachiat in Kao Loy Muay Thai.
