As Operations Manager at AVE Tampa Riverwalk, Meaghan ensures the efficiency and productivity of day-to-day operations. This includes processing accounts receivables and payables, maintaining partner relations, and working closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams.  

Q: What is a typical workday like for you?  

I am highly engaged with each team member throughout the day. I provide them with guidance and best practices so they can thrive in their roles and deliver resident satisfaction. Additionally, I support my General Manager with accounting responsibilities and tracking our budget goals. 

Q: How long have you been working in this industry?  

I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 20 years.  

Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?  

I love seeing how excited residents are to live in our brand new, state-of-the-art community, as well as working together with the team to conquer the day. 

Q: What is your favorite amenity or service at AVE Tampa Riverwalk?   

Our clubroom! It is a great space where residents and team members can come together to enjoy our complimentary hot beverage station.  

Q: What is your hometown?   

Blackstone, Massachusetts  

Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?   

I love kayaking, being outdoors, and soaking up the Florida sun. 

Q: What is your favorite spot in Tampa and why?   

Armature Works in Tampa Heights! It has an amazing rooftop lounge with unbeatable views of Tampa. 

Q: What are 2 or 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?   

My favorite flower is a sunflower, and I’m obsessed with sunsets. In my free time, you can catch me at the beach or four-wheeling!
