Q: How long have you been with AVE?
2 years, however, I’ve worked in the extended-stay business for 15 years!
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
Coffee, check email, check schedule board, check my sales reports, make six-eight cold calls and emails, do 10 follow-ups on existing account outreach, attend any scheduled client lunches/tours/video calls, canvass area buildings for opportunities, do new construction outreach…I’m always looking ahead to set up appointments for the following week, and of course, I love when those monthly reservation bookings come in!
Q: What brings you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
I am grateful that I have found a place where I can combine my passions of hospitality and the extended-stay industry to create value for my clients. I enjoy helping people find a clean, safe, beautiful place to live while they are in transition. AVE provides a level of client services and comfort that is unparalleled, and it gives me that confidence knowing I can stand behind what I sell.

Q: What is your favorite spot in Center City Philadelphia and why?
Rittenhouse Square because I love PARC & ROUGE and all the shopping!
Q: What’s something interesting about you that we might not know?
I studied Hospitality in New Zealand for 4 months! It is basically a day (17 hours) ahead of Philadelphia, so it was interesting keeping in touch with family & friends. It is the most beautiful place to this day I have visited!
