Q: What is your hometown?
Staten Island, NY
Q: How long have you been with AVE?
I started working at AVE right after my son was born, so easy to remember – 3.5 years ago.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I love that my days are always different. I spend most of my time finding partners who may have temporary housing needs and building relationships with those companies and people to ensure we meet and exceed their expectations. I spend a good amount of my days on the road, identifying new area projects or companies and the remainder of my workday following up with those people and hosting them for on-site tours at our properties. My home property is AVE Union, where I enjoy working with the team to reach our goals.
Q: What brings you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
Knowing my clients and their guests are going to be taken care of by an amazing team. I truly believe in the AVE product and what I am selling, which makes my job easy. I have assisted many families who have lost their homes due to a fire or other devastating situation. Knowing that our team is here to help those families feel comfortable and put them at ease, truly makes me appreciate my job.
Q: What is your favorite AVE amenity or service?
Complimentary coffee (and variety of tea!)
Q: What is your favorite quote and why?
I’m a big fan of Vince Lombardi quotes. They’re always team inspirational such as, “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.”
Q: What is your favorite spot in NYC/NJ area and why?
I’m a shore, sun, and sand girl – once the weather gets nice, my weekends are spent in Long Branch & Asbury Park.
Q: What’s something interesting about you that we might not know?
I have a small parrot, a green cheek conure named west. Conure West has been with me and my husband for 13 years now.
