Q: What is your hometown?
Trevose, PA (Northeast Philadelphia)

Q: How long have you been with AVE?
Four years in June!

Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
The only consistent part of my day is that I kick it off with coffee and dressed in all black. I love that about my job! The goal is always the same, but every day is different.

Q: What brings you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
When someone loves their new apartment! By far, my greatest satisfaction comes from new residents' reaction and excitement of living at AVE. We often have new residents who are moving in due to a new life chapter and that can be stressful. It’s rewarding when I can bring comfort and excitement during that transition.

Q: What is your favorite AVE amenity or service?
I love weekday club breakfast! It gives us the opportunity to connect with our residents on a daily basis and continue to build those relationships.

Q: What is your favorite quote and why?
“Success is directly linked to ROR- Return on Relationships.” The saying ‘it’s all about who you know’ is so true. I love to open our doors to host events, serve on chamber boards, participate in volunteer opportunities. I’ve made so many wonderful connections over the years. My second favorite quote is, “Use a real linen on your event table.”

Q: What is your favorite spot in Philly and why?
As a Sixers fan, I want to say the Wells Fargo Center, but I also love the Philly feel of Boathouse Row!

Q: What’s something interesting about you that we might not know?
I lived in Ireland for 6 months. I went to study International Marketing but ended up staying an extra month and a half.
