are move-in ready, to routine preventative inspections, and completing maintenance requests. His goal is to always ensure the team is supported so they can confidently deliver five-star service to our residents.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I kick off each day with a team meeting to provide everyone with their schedules and set a positive tone for the day. I then conduct a property walk-through to ensure our community is in the best condition. Throughout the day, I connect with my team, housekeeping, and resident services on the status of make readies, work orders, and any special projects occurring onsite. I wrap up the day by placing supply orders, recap maintenance activity, and create schedules for the following day.
