As Guest Services Manager at AVE Malvern, Amber is responsible for delivering a first-class service experience to current and future residents to ensure a seamless move in and exceptional stay. She collaborates daily with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure all furnished apartments are cleaned and turned to brand standards, as well as interacting with our residents to support individual needs.

A typical workday involves managing reservations, preparing furnished apartments for arrivals, communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and residents, and supporting the team with any property needs.
Q: What brings you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
The most satisfying thing about my role is making residents happy. I enjoy building relationships and supporting our residents through life transitions like work relocations and being in between homes.
Q: What is your favorite AVE amenity or service?
My favorite AVE amenity at Malvern is our outside courtyard. The firepit is great for cool nights and the pool is beautiful to use or sit by and admire.

Q: What is your favorite spot in Suburban Philadelphia and why?
Ridley State Park is a great location to be active and enjoy nature. My son and I like to take hikes by the historical mansion and stop by and see the horses.
Q: What’s something interesting about you that we might not know?
My first job was marketing for Camp Bow Wow dog daycare and pet services. I adopted my Bassett Hound Orsen that traveled to events and parties with me. I never went anywhere without him.
