Laura Goldberg returns to AVE by Korman Communities as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships. Goldberg previously served as Director of National Accounts for the hospitality-driven, real estate brand specializing in furnished apartments for corporate housing and temporary-stay needs.
Goldberg’s new role as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships includes representing the Key Strategic Accounts team with Corporate Housing Providers and Relocation Management Companies to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership at the highest level. She also provides leadership internally to the Business Development Team, supporting and collaborating with them on local corporate accounts.
“We are so excited to have Laura return to AVE in this new role,” says Lea Anne Welsh, COO of Korman Communities and president of AVE. “Laura has extensive experience in the relocation industry, and she understands the needs of our partners and knows how we can strengthen these relationships and streamline their relocation process.”
Goldberg initially joined AVE in 2015, quickly solidifying relationships with corporate housing providers and relocation management companies. She also helped the Business Development Team achieve new corporate accounts due to the strength of her relocation partnerships.
Goldberg has served on the board for New Jersey Business Travel Association (NJBTA) for the past three years. She is involved with Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) and is an active member of various regional relocation councils including New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC), Delaware Valley Relocation Council (DVRC), and New York Council of Relocation Professionals (NYCORP). Prior to joining AVE, Goldberg had 24 years of hospitality and sales experience.
