There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this sweepstakes.
This contest is open to all residents of the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, or those physically residing within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, during the sweepstakes time-frame, aged 18 years or older except employees of Korman Communities and their close relatives.
This contest runs from June 1, 2019 9 am EST through August 31, 2019 at 5 pm EST. It is being promoted by Korman Communities (dba “AVE”). If you have any questions, mail your inquiry to Ashley Cerasaro at [email protected].
The channel you use to enter (Facebook/Instagram) must be a public account to qualify. Korman Communities is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner will be notified by PM on the channel they used to enter. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The closing date for each month will be the last day of the month at 5 pm EST. After this time, no further entries will be permitted for that month.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. Spot the AVE KOP golf cart in King of Prussia Town Center.
2. Snap a picture.
3. Post it to your Facebook page, or Instagram feed or story with the hashtag #AVESpotter.
The prizes below will be awarded to one entrant each month at random. All entrants will be printed out and a winner will be pulled out of a hat by Guest Services Manager Gabby Fattori with Resident Lifestyle Coordinator Emily Brennan as witness. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash/no cash value. You can only win one time during the contest timeframe.
Monthly Prizes!
· June- $100 Gift Card to Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse
· July- Dinner for 2 at Fogo de Chão (up to a $165 value)
· August- $100 Gift Card to Wegmans
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
