Chester and Somerset counties were recently named among the 10 Best Counties in America by a Movoto Real Estate study.
Chester County, home to AVE Malvern and AVE Downingtown – ranked 4th out of 640 counties in the United States. According to a Movoto blog, this desirable county earned its spot for its high household income, low percentage of families below the poverty line, and low unemployment rate.
“We’re proud to call Chester County home because it’s a dynamic and beautiful community,” says Maryrose Roberts, General Manager of AVE Malvern. “We have everything from fine dining to boutique shopping to popular recreation and historical sites like Chadds Ford Winery, Longwood Gardens, and Valley Forge National Park all to the backdrop of picturesque rolling hills.”
Somerset County, New Jersey, home to AVE Somerset, earned the title of 5th Best County in America for its 4th highest median household income, 4th lowest percentage of families below the poverty line, and high median rent and housing costs, indicating desirability.
“We have it all in Somerset County!” says Tara Galluccio, General Manager of AVE Somerset. “We have upscale malls, boutique shopping, fine dining, walkable downtowns, live entertainment venues, community events, parks, and some of the most beautiful rural spaces in the country.”
